Question for you why does you web site say you repair Bissell products? Yet today when I brought my machine in, you yelled at me that you no longer service Bissell? Do you realize I walk out on you because you embarrassed me. There were other customers in the store. I did nothing but come in because Bissell company told me you company was an authorized and could do warranty work on my machine. Then as I leave you yell people like me are the reason you no longer work out there products. Because I own a Bissell vacuum I'm beneath you? Thank you nothing jerk!

I took my eye Dyson vacuum cleaner there to get a tuneup. I was very pleased with the service as well as the price. Since then, I have taken my second vacuum cleaner and referred two friends.

The guy I was talking with was Mark. He is very RUDE! I recommend taking your vacuum cleaner to another place where they want your business. Take some customer service skills classes!

I ordered and prepaid for belts and a filter on 4/4/2015. I was told they would be in on Friday of the same week. I called on Saturday hoping to drive over to pick them up. When I called, the man said they were not ordered, and whoever said that had a slip of the tongue and should know orders are placed as they build up.
He was very rude to speak with. He said that person was just an employee. He also said I have two options and that's it - 1. Get a refund and, 2. Wait until orders build up. Unless, I pay more to expedite it. I was told if I prepaid, I'd get my items sooner.
I said I need my items, so I'll be held prisoner until I get them. The rude man said we are all held prisoners. He's also held prisoner in his business. No goodbye.... Just hung up!
